The Nook

A modest London town house on a single aspect site. Lacking the privacy of a rear garden we decided to lift the living room up to the first floor, where light and airy double aspect space takes up the entire floor plan while overlooking its neighbourhood. The bedrooms are on the lower level that makes up the plinth.

The brick architecture is a contemporary take on a traditional London townhouse. Behind the brick face however this building this a highly insulated, carbon efficient timber stud construction.
